Visited the 'Castle' for a casual early evening meal, having eaten here previously & enjoyed it. We were not disappointed. The staff were very personable, attentive & efficient. The meal was served promptly & thoroughly enjoyed. We were also provided with containers, to takeaway what we didn't manage to eat Thank you for a very pleasant evening
Came for an evening meal after the notts show never been here before but we will definitely be back, friendly attentive staff, superb curry and excellent starters, what a excellent restaurant.
Absolutely delicious food. Special chicken delight was something special and the best peshwari naan I’ve ever had in my life. Prawn puri was a bit disappointing as lacking spice and a bit watery but poppadoms and mint sauce were divine
We went Saturday night 7.45pm. Fast friendly service despite large parties of people dining. We had onion Bhaji starter,chuntney tray, popadom x4, two combination curry’s rice chips 4x cokes all for 65. Reasonably priced large portions we had to ask to take some home. We travelled from Lincoln and would travel again absolutely lovely.

Consistently amazing food in a low-key surrounding. Staff are wonderful and attentive, engaging and friendly. Bring your own alcohol keeps the bill at the end down low, and the price for the quality and portion size of the food is a bargain
Lovely meal..Food was very tasty...Service was great.. No alcohol license so bring your own or pop next door and get some..Didn't spoil the food or the evening..
